Dream Coffee Factory: electrical problem

Good afternoon:

Dream Coffee Factory. The motherboard is malfunctioning. I’ve tested it with two different C drives (cable and plug that work with another ROKR model) and it gives the following error: sometimes it doesn’t turn on until after several attempts, or it turns on and off when I move the power supply or the cable. Other times it works correctly. All the connections have been checked, but the problem persists. Any ideas? I don’t dare continue with the assembly until I’ve resolved this. Thank you.

@Victor66 ive not done this but theres a few on the community who have im sure someone could help ? Or @Robotime could you help ?

Hi @Victor66 you seemed to have tested thoroughly, so if it is not working, I think it might be defective. I did not have this poriblem.

You could ask @Robotime or @CustomerService to help, maybe they can send you a replacement.

I hope it gets solved soon so you can resume your building :smiling_face:

Our customer service team, as well as Robotime, are currently on holiday leave. A few members of this community have already finished this. They might help you with this.

I havent built this one but ive seen a few people complain about it! Maybe contact @CustomerService! Ive came to them before and there amazing helpers! Just dont expect them to reply straight awah

Please confirm you are using a usb-c cable and a 5v1a adapter. If it still doesn’t work, please contact us via email and send us a video; we’ll help you resolve it.

Hello everyone:

Thank you all for your interest and your valuable responses.

Once the board was mounted, I haven’t had any further problems.

Despite the precautions I took, I imagine it was some kind of contact issue that occurred again and again when I was working with the board unmounted.
