Im sure you will do well too!
@joy.licerio so cute ! They look great ! X:smiling_face_with_three_hearts:![]()
Your dedication to hand painting and stitching really shows how much love you put into Alice’s Dreamy Bedroom. Every tsk and head scratching moment is part of the fun and makes the finished kit truly yours. Keep enjoying the journey one stitch and stroke at a time!
OK, those pillows look so cool! It’s really gonna be fun watching you complete this.
Oh my! This looks so good. ![]()
Thanks for the encouragement @Robotime !
That’s exactly why I love older kits.
I would love to see myself complete this too! I’m afraid I’m too slow with this one. It requires too much love and attention.. hehehe
Omg this is amazing so far! I absolutely love the pillows, they’re so cute. A tutorial on those would be so great, I don’t know the first thing about sewing
I can’t wait to see the finished build. Happy building! ![]()
Oh dear…kudos to you for that dedication! I don’t have that same perspective on making flowers
@joy.licerio
Aha! I never thought about a tutorial on sewing before. I might try to do that when the demand arises
.
Slowly building but will get to finish it eventually. hehehehe
I would appreciate and love that so much! You’ll have to let me know
Sometimes the slow builds are the best builds!
Blanket stitch around the edge looks great. Well done.
Oh so that is what it is called.. ahahah..
Never too slow! I think when a kit really strikes you, you have a vision and to achieve that may take a little more time, energy, thought. Yet the outcome is so worth it when you hit your goals. It is ok to breath, relax, enjoy, and take time!
I appreciate your kind words, @jeanneL .
I love this community! ![]()
You are most welcome! I love this community as well and get so much joy out of the people here. I feel as if they are my friends even if we are thousands of miles apart!
I agree completely! I never thought I would be active in this community. But everything is so much fun!
You’re so skilled in sewing those pillows. That’s one skill that I can never get into lol
Thanks but I really dont have a choice. I had to use my glasses (which I hate) to see what I am stitching. hehehe
Oh I’m loving your progress so far! I’ve also chosen to sew in the past because the fabrics were so hard to work with. ![]()
I hope you’re enjoying the process! I just love the older style kits because they take so long to finish and I enjoy every moment.
There’s absolutely no need to rush! ![]()
