[DIY & Creativity] First Painted ROKR London Marble Run – Sharing Our Journey

This ROKR London Marble Run :ferris_wheel:was a special gift from my loved one  and we had so much fun building it together! We completed the build last month and painted it at the same time as our first project.

Since it’s our first time, we kept things simple and used just a few color combinations. I’ve just finished the painting today and we would like to share it with everyone here. It is not perfect but we are happy and satisfied with how it turned out!

We’d love to hear any tips or suggestions on how to improve our painting skills :paintbrush:Also, please feel free to share what paints/tools or techniques you use. Thanks!

Hey, that’s a pretty decent work for your first time painting a kit, specially when it’s one as intricate as this one!

Thanks for sharing. You two should be proud of yourselves :stuck_out_tongue:

I love the color. The original version is still there.

You did an amazing job! I always use Apple Barrel acrylics from Walmart and the occasional fine tipped markers for smaller details. They are made by King Art, also from Walmart. I tend to do about 90 perfect of my painting while pieces are still on the board.

I think you colored your London Marble Run beautifully. The hints of colors here and there made it look elegant. Well done to both of you.
