Baking kitchen light

Guys I need some help, I’ve just finished the Rolife backing kitchen kit and the lights worked perfectly when I first installed them but after an hour they started turning on and off periodically. It turns on for 1 sec then off for 10sec then on, then repeats

I don’t know why this is, everything is installed perfectly and it was working good

Perhaps a cable has come loose?

Has a cable lost connection?

I’ve check and reconnected both but nothing changed

Maybe cable lost connection. Check again

You may check the cable maybe there’s some loose wire. Or the way it was connected to each other.

the thing is that it worked before perfectly, but now it works but periodically

It sounds like maybe a wire came loose somewhere, or there’s a bad connection in the lighting part. If it worked fine at first and then started doing that, I’d check all the cable connections again very carefully, especially around the battery box, switch, and where the wires bend or get pressed.

You may need to unwrap where your wires connected. Make sure they are twisted together good. Then rewrap with electrical tape. also insure it is not crimped or bent anywhere

I agree with Jeanne. Maybe the way it was twisted.

Thanks jeannel, but I’ve already done this, I’ve even cut the wire down to wrap at a new point but still nothing changes :smiling_face_with_tear::pensive_face:

This could be due to one of the tiny wire inside is damage. Its very fine. So if it got damage, this is what happen. They dont get the full amount go electricity current needed so its tends to flickers

Then finally, I would message customer service. They may send you a new one that will work!

If it’s a hardware issue, I’m sure Robotime can help. They have excellent customer service.

I think the wires are just loose. Try to remove the electrical tape then twist the wire again so they’re more tight then apply an electrical tape again.

The issue is likely that the LED bulb has become detached internally due to a cold solder joint. We can provide you with some replacement parts.
You can submit your replacement request here :link: Part Replacement | Robotime, or contact our after-sales team at :envelope: service@robotime.com. We’ll make sure to assist you promptly and get the right parts to you.
