welcome to community. You use battery or type c?

Welcome to the community, Joe. Have you checked the batteries if its inserted properly or a fresh one? Or check some wires.

Welcome to the community, Joe!

If you can, double-check the cables to make sure nothing has come loose.

When you pull the chord, does the light switch click as it should be? Or maybe the connection wire to the battery box is not inserted all the way?

And like someone else already asked: did you check the batteries, or are you using a usb-c cable?

Welcome to the community! My light does not work properly after completion either. I completely painted mine so I will not be taking it apart. I hope that someone can help you.

Hello there,

We’re sorry for the trouble with your product. Could you please send us a short video showing the issue? Our team will check it and, if needed, send you free replacement parts.

If it’s an assembly problem, we’ll guide you through the steps.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Hi @Joe_Plourde, thanks for describing the Cuckoo Clock light issue. Since the lights worked during testing, photos of the final wiring path may help narrow down what changed.

Welcome to the community! I hope someone here can help you. You could also try contacting Robotime. Good luck!

So first they say to use the USB-c and remove the batteries. It will work better. Than on last page of instructions shows you how to push on step to get things to turn on. The light also has the little pull chain. I would review that to be sure. I dont usually keep the light on so do not want to steer you wrong but usually the step is involved too!. Let me know, I can always retest mine to be more precise!
