ROKR cuckoo clock lights

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could help with an issue I have with my rokr cuckoo clock…I currently have it powered via usb-c but recently the lights started flickering, and now they’re just not turning on. Is it an issue I can fix or do I need to try and get spare parts?

Many Thanks!

Was it fully plugged in where the strips of light go?

I believe so, I’ve tried pressing all the wire connections into the battery box to see if they were loose, thank you for your suggestion though

Just wondering if there is issue with the electrical board itself.

Please check the power supply of your charger. I’ve met many people who have used fast chargers. Their power supply is a bit high and has damaged the circuitry after prolonged use.
