Voted for fire. I love to build with enthusiasm.
I chose passion. The London Travel Marble Run was one of my favorites. I always love a good challenge and this one provided that. Not only the building part, but the painting part as well. It’s such a fascinating model to watch. My favorite moments here in the community are many. I love it when others are inspired to create their own special pieces by customizing them.
I build with tenderness. The first book nook I did was dark family and it became something very special to me. I have anxiety and when i build my mind is only on relaxing and building something I will enjoy looking at every day.
One of my favorite memories from my first year in the ROBOTIME Community was completing my very first build and sharing it with everyone. I was nervous because I wasn’t sure how it would turn out, but the encouragement and kind words from fellow members made me feel instantly welcome.
What made this community special to me wasn’t just the amazing models—it was the people behind them. Seeing everyone’s creativity, learning from their experiences, and celebrating each other’s successes made me feel like I was part of something bigger than a hobby.
That moment of sharing my first finished project and realizing I had found a community that genuinely supports and inspires one another is a memory I’ll always cherish.
One of my favorite memories from my first year in the @Robotime Community was attending my very first Robotime meetup. As a miniature collector, it was such a wonderful feeling to finally meet people who shared the same passion for building tiny worlds. We spent hours crafting, chatting, sharing tips, and admiring each other’s creations. It also create wonderful building moments with my kids, turning miniature kits into family memories we’ll cherish for years to come. I arrived excited, but I left feeling like I had found my people. That was the moment this community became more than just a hobby group and started feeling like a family. ![]()

Aww man I’m so glad to hear that, absolutely love it and just keep it going, the speed you’re building models at is incredible ![]()
I’m not even wondering, I’m just saying it ![]()
It’s not like you have to follow strict rules of what you’ve got to say, you just say what you fancy ![]()
I found this community by happenstance and was invited by @Nita_Davis. I was leary, but what I found was a community full of people whom I can actually relate to and who made me feel welcome in a way that I hadn’t experienced in years.
I now have friends over the whole world!
While I love the sharing of advise, etc., it’s the people that I have connected that makes me love this space.
Thank. You @Robotime for make the world a little smaller!
One beautiful memory from my first year in the ROBOTIME Community was sharing my very first build, Cathy’s Flower House. I was brand new to miniatures and didn’t know anyone in the community yet, but so many people took the time to leave encouraging comments, including Brand Ambassadors and the ROBOTIME team. I still remember reading messages like “This is just the beginning” and “You’re officially part of the miniature addiction now.” That was the moment this stopped feeling like an online forum and started feeling like a genuine community. ![]()
I am so happy that you decided to join us here. @Mark_Rudnik
@Nita_Davis me too! You are so kind and helpful. I truly appreciate you!
Thanks so much. I try to be helpful when I can. I have conversations with about a dozen members of the FB group quite often. They don’t know how to navigate the community well so they have not joined @Mark_Rudnik
That’s sad. I hope you can help them build the courage to try! I completely understand! I have friends like that, too.
One of the most beautiful memories from my first year in the ROBOTIME Community was attending my very first meetup. I remember walking in a little nervous, unsure of what it would feel like to craft alongside strangers. But the moment we started building, it was as if the kits themselves broke the ice. The laughter, tips, and encouragement flowed so naturally. By the end of the day, those “strangers” felt like friends, and I left with a heart full of joy and a project that carried the memory of that connection.
Everyone can freely leave comments under any activity post and share how they feel. Our model kits and all kinds of handicrafts are part of everyday life, and life is naturally full of all kinds of emotions.
Everyone is so friendly and helpful, it’s a beautiful community!!
I joined this community in May of this year after having surgery because I needed a mental outlet. Finding Rolife kits and starting my build journey has given me such joy. The shared connection over creating builds and sharing ideals has been so full filling. I love sharing my builds and seeing each members builds. I love how many of you share little stores and personal experiences that influence your creativity in each builds. So I thank you @Rolife for building this community.
About a year ago, I was asked to try out the community and provide feedback, so I have been a member from the very beginning. I’ve watched it grow from a small, active group into a large community where everyone can share their passion. I met people who shared the same hobby, and it felt like a big group of friends. I eventually became an ambassador and organized a meetup. It was a lot of fun and felt like a real honor. I want to thank @Robotime once again for all the opportunities and the trust they placed in me.
