:yellow_heart: A Note from the Community Team

This Leader-board is not meant to create pressure.
It exists to celebrate those who consistently show up, share sincerely, and contribute with heart.

You do not need to post every day or invite large numbers of people.
As long as you share your real work, your real stories, and your real experiences,
you have a place here.

Thank you for being part of the Robotime Community and helping it grow in a healthy and meaningful way.

It seems the community is gradually improving and creating opportunities for all contributors to receive rewards. That’s great. Although I don’t yet know how the scoring system will work, with the spirit of sharing models and creativity, I will further develop this next year. I hope more people will join this community and share interesting articles. Thank you @Robotime for creating such a fun platform.

Thank you, @ThaoNguyen :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

I’m truly impressed that you’re always looking to improve and provide more benefits to people. This system makes the community less competitive. It wasn’t bad before, since everyone has to work for what they earn, but I feel this new approach is more pleasant because it offers more opportunities. Thank you for offering this new system, and I wish everyone, both the community and the Robotime team, happy holidays :confetti_ball::sparkles::cherry_blossom:

This question just came to mind. Will mystery prizes continue to exist, or will that method no longer be effective? :eyes:

I really appreciate how you actively listen to feedback and keep every member’s best interests at heart. :pink_heart: I am very hopeful towards the new idea because it gives everyone who’s passionate a chance to be rewarded. I don’t always have time to build and post every day, but I do try my best to read every post carefully and leave thoughtful comments and I’ll continue to do so. I think this is the best way to keep the community active and positive. :light_blue_heart: I’m excited to see how this goes and I’m thankful for everything you do. What a great company!

This is such a good way to start 2026 since a lot of people don’t have time (talking about me) this will be such a huge opportunity and it’ll be a source of more genuine interactions (which was actually something I thought of just the last week because most felt like they were interacting just for the points :sob:) so now I’m super excited to see how fun this leaderboard program will be also, why is nanci not included in the prize list :disappointed_face: or charline for that matter?? And what about mystery prize ? (sorry if I sounded aggressive now that I read it again)

Thank you so much for always looking out for what’s best for the community and for listening to our feedback. I really appreciate how you take our opinions into account. I feel this makes the leaderboard less competitive, offers more opportunities, and encourages more meaningful sharing rather than posting just to earn points. It’s a lovely way to reward those who truly help make this community warm and welcoming.

I also wanted to ask about the Mystery Prize. It’s one of the few ways to get some beautiful kits that aren’t available outside of China for example, and it never felt competitive at all. Will it still be part of the community in some way?

Thanks for this. This sounds fair and indeed less pressure to spend a lot of time on it.

i just will be doing what i was doing so far as i don’t see the community as a competition, i’m just happy being a member of this family. As my husband is less internet minded, i just post what he is building on sometimes. i don’t really watch the leaderboard often, maybe just a few times a month, bigger is the surprize then when you do get a message that you are rewarded something. thx for giving back to the community so often

Honestly this kind of update makes being part of the community so much more enjoyable :yellow_heart: There are only a few people in my life who genuinely love this craft as much as I do, so it’s really nice to have a place where others get it and share the fun. It actually takes me back to my blogging days, just sharing cool stuff without any pressure, purely because it’s fun. Looking forward to seeing more builds and stories from everyone

I love that you are always looking out for the community. I hope that this point system works better but I feel that it will make people want to share less meaningful posts. Instead, stretching them out over many posts instead of just one. It is often tiring to scroll through meaningless posts while looking for things that actually have some value. Those who post multiple times a day will only post more. Unboxings, breakfast and snacks are of no interest to me, although I may start to do my own unboxings since my models change so drastically from the original version . This would help me in knowing how much my models change . As @Sofie_Vanderbeken said, I will continue to post as I always do and interact in the same fashion as I always have. I much prefer building time over internet time. Happy to see that many more will be rewarded for their efforts, though.
