So im finding this part of the Workshop quite Frustrating..this galaxy looking square part wont stay around the circle..is that surposed to be normal? Instructions dont show its surpose to fall whenever i let go. Or if it should..i do know someone made this kit but i dont remember who 
i cant move forward untill i figure this one out

Ive now figured it out lol
Yeah, that part definitely threw me for a loop so I just continued on and it does eventually work out with other pieces to hold it in place where it needs to go. I definitely did a double take on that section. I didn’t take a picture of it without the paper cover over it. Hopefully this kinda will help you where it’s gonna eventually get to.

Thank you! I did find this mechanical.part extremely frustrating lol
Later on when you build the moon, don’t do what I did lol and there are two different acrylic sheets that cover that. I left out one and had to take it quite a bit apart, which was really frustrating.
