While ROKR products are mostly designed with minimal colour and tend to stay with a minimalist ‘wooden’ look, Rolife kits / miniature houses have more colour or painting involved.
Do you think they should stay as originally designed?

I think everyone should make them how they like. Maybe even have them painted and a unpainted version like the cuckoo clock.

I think that’s everyone’s own choice, I personally always like it when a personal twist is given to a construction work, whether that’s with paints or other DIY products.

There are those who prefer the minimalist look and would NEVER ever paint wood…and then there are those of us who like to make each creation special and very unique unlike seeing the same exact model over and over. To each their own.

Honestly, I think it really depends on the person and what you like. For example, I also enjoy customizing some kits, but there are others I prefer to leave just as they are

Definitely a personal preference. I havent painted much yet but i will for sure when i eventually branch into some more Rokr kits
