Very excited to come home today and work on this basket. It is so beautiful but all the additional painting takes time.
I finished the "plastic leaves, the bow, and the Eucalyptus.
I did not care as much for the blue of the one eucalyptus (they have 2 colors) so Thanks to @Nita_Davis I purchased some liquid paints and changed it up a bit.. I like the way they turned out thus far.
I love the blue color that you have chosen. This is going to be stunning.

Thanks! Eucalyptus is more of a silvery green. I just started mixing colors and got that! You are turning me into a painter LOL

Thats interesting, i thought the light blue was quite close to the colour of silver dollar eucalyptus! Interesting how we all perceive colours so differently!

I saw live Eucalyptus when I was in Arizona. Loved the smell and it was kind of a silvery green, blue, and grey. I think when I originally saw and painted, it just didnt pop so I looked up colors. and then made this.
I have lots of silver dollar eucalyptus growing around me i absolutely love it in flower arrangements its so pretty!

They came together nicely! I am hoping that all look good! started the pink carnation late last night. So may finish that one today. I did a lot of painting so not as much today.
