📖 [Rolife Journey] Update 3 magic piano black

I’ll probably make something for someone else again  but I know I won’t be painting a completely black structure again anytime soon. You really see everything in black.

Ooof ill have to keep that in mind when i paint something black! Whoever gets a present from you will be super happy! Youre the best! :heart_hands:

Thank you so much! I have discovered that if I moisten my brush slightly with a sponge and then paint it with black, it spreads better on the wood and therefore does not get streaks and spots.

Oh no, that sounds so frustrating! I can imagine how disheartening that must feel after all that work. Don’t give up — sometimes taking a break and coming back with fresh eyes helps. I’m sure you’ll get it working again soon!!!

Thank you @wenbare for your support! The problem is, I can’t rest until I find the problem. Luckily, it didn’t take too long to find it.

Thank you @Tricia12 :hugs:

Good to know! I am unsure what to do with guitar. I was going to go with red, but maybe I will wait.

Red would be i nice color :star_struck:

I may practice on some of the spare wood. I would love a glittery red. I think @Nita_Davis said something about polish. Maybe red polish or glitter clear? will test first

I think red is a nice color  i don’t know what nail polish is doing on the plain wood if you put it directly on it. Maybe @Nita_Davis knows it? I always test a little bit on the sheet what is left over before i going to paint a piece

When I did my Dream Cabriolet, I painted it all first using matte acrylic paint. I then coated over that using glittery nail polish @jeanneL and @Liset

YES! The glittery colors will work on guitar then!
