Wrapped up a second one today—I like to sometimes have more than one going at a time. Just finished the Blossom Book Booth and I’m genuinely thrilled with how this one turned out!
After sharing my excitement about the foam books mid-build, I’m thrilled to say the Rolife Blossom Book Booth came together beautifully. This kit really impressed me from start to finish.
Beyond the foam books (which I’m genuinely hoping becomes the standard for all future Rolife kits), there’s another detail that shows how thoughtfully this design was executed: the battery placement. Instead of hiding the battery somewhere awkward inside the booth, they tucked it into the pillar mailbox standing right next to it. The switch is easily accessible, which means you can turn the lights on and off without any disassembly or awkward reaching. That’s the kind of practical consideration that makes a build truly enjoyable.
Everything about this kit felt intentional—from the perforated book spines that guide your sticker placement to the way all the elements come together as a complete, satisfying display. I spotted a Smiski figure in this community and had to have one for photo ops—it’s become the perfect companion for all my finished displays! Whether you’re new to book nooks or a seasoned builder, this one delivers. Highly recommend.
What a journey you’ve had with this kit, and it definitely looks amazing! Thanks a lot for your detailed review and thoughts on this. You’re really making me seriously think about buying this one for a change.
Whenever I see telephone booths, it really reminds me of Dr. Who. Haha. Anyway, this is such a lovely piece! Also, I’m a big fan of incorporating mini figures into miniature set ups and this cute little Smiski stole my heart today!
It’s here at Robotime US but yeah, I can’t find it on the Robotime shop. That’s so weird that we don’t have it here, seems like the Western side of the world got it first? I also can’t find it in Chinese shopping apps.
