📖 [Rolife Journey] Becka's Baking House DIY Miniature House - Update #6 Food and Other Accessories Part 2

This will be my last update about the Becka’s Baking House DIY Miniature House since I’ve already finished building it and maybe I’ll post the finished build later or tomorrow.

These are the food boxes and shopping bag that I’ve made by folding and gluing.

I’ve also made these sweets though I’ve made a huge mistake on trying to cut this sweet into pieces on my first try. I should have use a cutter for more precise cut than a precision knife unless you have a very sharp one. If you’re going to use a cutter, be very careful because the pieces are so small. I tried to recut the pieces using a cutter and cut those not good edges of the sweet. Fortunately, I’ve made a way to look the pieces more better.

I’ve used a cutter here to cut the mini cupcakes and it really cut well. I’ve also made the jars.

I’ve also made the plastic of the breads. I don’t know if the plastic is really thick or I’m using a wrong plastic since I’ve just followed the instruction.

I wish the string is a bit longer because it’s not enough for me. No excess that’s why I can’t wind the wire twice on my last bread or I’m just using the wrong plastic.

Those goodies look so good to eat.

I also find it hard to wrap food with plastic. I wish plastic they provide are softer.

But every detail looks good. I look forward to see your finished build.

Thank you so much. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts::pink_heart: Oh I thought I’m the only one who had struggles to wrap the breads. It’s really hard when the plastic is thick.

Hahahah don’t get me started on that stupid wrapper I legit had to rage quit and go get some stronger wires from my stash. I forgot to warn you. Someone had suggested using cling wrap and that’s probably a better idea.

I love making boxes they’re so therapeutic. :pink_heart:

Wahahaha that’s the final thing I’ve build, the wrapper because I don’t like the thick plastic. It makes me hard to wrap. I don’t know where to get cling wrap. Where do you buy one?

Yesss, boxes are easy to do. I love folding and gluing. :pink_heart:

Especially now that the boxes are pre-cut it’s so easy and fun!

I’m sure you’ll have cling wrap at home but maybe it’s called something else?

It’s this here.

Yes! I don’t like to cut many pieces wahaha. Ohhh dumb me for imagining other things again. :sob: Thank you. Yes, I think that’s easier to wrap since it’s more thin but I don’t have it in our home.

Your little boxes are perfect. I’ve heard many say they actually used a sandwich bag to make theirs. Much easier to work with.

I just cut up a sandwich bag. so much easier

You’re welcome
