💖 [ Rolife - Heartwarming] ROKR Support Shoutout

I just wanted to take a moment to give a shoutout to ROKR / Robotime support.

The friendly, quick responses and thoughtful assistance I’ve had a a few occasions is worthy of a direct kudos post.

I’ve received timely shipping for parts and great support with an issue I was having with the bus on the London build. Emails are always friendly and they are very quick to repond.

I agree…they are fantastic! Always so kind and helpful! Great customer service and you can tell that they truly care about their customers and their products!

Although I haven’t had to reach out to customer support, I have heard many wonderful experiences of others. Thankyou for sharing.

I totally agree. Customer Service is above and beyond. They sent me a replacement for my Sakura Dreamy Tour when my volume knob snapped off from me over tightening it. It was super nice of them to send me a replacement because it was my mistake.
