What can I say about a company that keeps its word! I needed a part for my hot air balloon, as the part disappeared into the void and I requested a replacement. Not only did they respond quickly, but it came to me within a quicker time period than I expected. The reason that I can keep being creative is due to the support from their side and our fellow members. Let our imagination be our magic!

Robotime is unique with its customer service, I don’t come across many companies with such friendly and helpful customer service.
