I wanted to share a positive experience I had with Robotime’s customer service. During one of my builds, I needed a replacement piece, and the process was much easier than I expected.

They sent the replacement for free, and it really showed that they care about their builders and want people to enjoy the experience from start to finish. It made me feel more confident buying and building Robotime kits in the future.

Little things like this make a big difference in the overall building experience.
