@Orangesareus said it all. I believe Robotime kits are so thoughtfully prepared that they provide you with almost all the materials you need to build plus their instructions are well planned and easy to follow. And lastly, the quality of materials of each kit, be it plastic or wooden, is top notch. And as a bonus, their customer service is the best! They provide you with replacements and guidance so fast. I honestly don’t have anything to complain.

For me it’s the perfect mix of great design, good quality, lovely details, clear instructions, and a really satisfying building experience. Plus, the community around it makes it even more special

Well for me, when I first started this hobby in 2019, Robotime was the only company making genuinely good quality kits. They also had the nicest design, to this day everyone is still making copies of Cathy’s Flower House.
I never really bothered with social media because I wanted to keep my privacy. Then I stumbled upon this community very recently and I found out that they’re genuinely so generous when it comes to giving back.

I completely agree with @Orangesareus For me, it’s the quality, clear instructions, and the many small details that make Robotime unique. The customer service is excellent, and so is this community. All in all, it’s always my first choice when buying new products.

I agree @Orangesareus . The support that I get from everyone here and @Robotime just makes my daily life much happier. The genuine support is what we need. Customer’s aftercare is always so important that most company overlooked. But Robotime actually have their customer’s experience at heart.

I think @Robotime creates their crafts from the heart. Their designs even when they have released new ones are always outstanding and mesmerizing. They have a lot of unique designs which we can choose from cuteness to designs that involve mechanical things and suitable for both men and women.
