This post is just to share a little story from my day
Today, in my marketing class, we talked about the different strategies a company can use to achieve its goals, whether it’s about sales or visibility. Every company uses at least one, so the topic really caught my attention because I started thinking about the strategies Robotime uses. I told my professor about the brand and the community, and he seemed really interested in getting to know and understand it better. Thanks to that conversation, I came to a few conclusions I’d like to share with you
The strategies Robotime uses are very positive, since at no point do we feel deceived like with some other brands. Instead, we feel cared for.
Their customer service is excellent and they really emphasize it, which gives us the sense that we’re important and supported, and on top of that, they reward our creativity!
Their way of maintaining customer loyalty is amazing, because it keeps us constantly interacting with them and builds a strong bond.

when buyers encounter any problems they quickly resolve.
in addition they also create forums to connect and promote products.
I like Robotime not only for the quality they bring but also for the after-sales service.
I couldn’t agreed more. @Robotime had been very supportive and hence the loyalty they gets. They actually cares about what the customers think and constantly working on improving which what I like about the brand. How they are makes the brand as it is today.
