I have spent the last 20 years as a professional marketer. YOU have got their marketing ideas correct.
Customer service is through the roof and the product is high quality.
Their DO make us feel welcomed and like our thoughts matter.
The Giveaways are a GREAT marketing tool. EVERYBODY loves FREE Stuff !!
But as a marketing student, remember this is ALL by design.
Research done in almost every country has proven that going “Above and Beyond” with customer Service Will increase sales.
I would love to see the sales receipts from the countries Robotimes services.
Building a “Brand” and “Building Brand Loyalty” are 2 different things and MANY corporations forget the later.
Robotime is building Brand Loyalty in Spades with all the programs they have to help the needy and education.
The websites, giveaways, above and beyond customer service, Brands geared to the young, Etc. Etc. increase loyalty.
Just the way they interact with us on this website builds brand loyalty.
And brand loyalty translates into steady sales, higher sales and stability in the company.
So while all Robotime does seems geared to the customer, remember Just taking care of the customer in the way he feels it should be done, causes sales to rise.
“The Customer is Always right” used to be a rule taken seriously.
Henry Ford or Aaron Montgomery Ward used the almost same marketing strategy here in America to grow vast corporations.
It’s always great when you can bring the real world into the classroom. I’m sure the whole class learned a lot.
And you choose a great example.

From a professional standpoint I’m curious how the sales differ by country and possible reasons why. Demographics vary SO much by region.
It would be interesting to see how your marketing approach works in different regions and to see how you have altered policy to fit some areas demographics.
But I know that is asking a bit much.
As for the posters that would be great and sure, I’ll help you grow.
Maybe add an incentive for most new customers or sells or use the community for marketing ideas based off the posters.
I mean," You have a Marketing “Test Group” right here in the community.
