I have had a tired day at work today. Then came this lady in her 60s approached me. Seeing my display build that I bring to the pharmacy learning that I am a big fan of robotime kits. 2 weeks ago she asked me whether she could reach out to me if she needed help with building the kit. She was doing it for the first time.
She told me that she just purchased Fall into Winder book nook, which she wants to build it for her young granddaughter.
Today she came in to show me pictures of her completion of the build and her granddaughter loved it so much.
She complimented that it looks so magical and the mushroom button, rabbit reflected through the mirror is so smart and beautiful. She had a lot of fun building it and she will start building more. It is so nice to hear.

After speaking to her, it lifted my day so much knowing people in my community share similar hobby as I do and it is heart warming when they come to share with me their stories.
I told her about my upcoming events that I wanted to do and she would love to join. I have introduced her to robotime community group and the benefits that she could get from the group so hopefully she will join us soon on this platform.

Thanks for sharing your story. It’s nice to meet people who are interested in your hobby and want to try it themselves. My 11-year-old nephew finds what I do very interesting, so I gave him my September prize. He is very excited and can’t wait for his build to be delivered

Youre so sweet to do this and keep up with your customers, not too many people do that anymore nowadays I was in Homesense a few weeks ago and this lady was traveling to BC with her husband, she was looking at booknooks and was getting kinda flustered on which one to buy. I ended up asking her what she wanted and what she likes, she ended up getting the Fall into Wonder book nook as well. I took photos on her phone of the notes i had in my phone for that build. I showed her to this group and got her first name but forgot to get socials

It is such a wonderful feeling knowing that they enjoy it. And she also would like to bring her granddaughter to my offline event too which is amazing.
