For the planks I mixed burnt sienna with black, and a little blue and some red to get a Mahogany dark like colour, and for the aged-out effect I used the same burnt sienna but with white, some yellow and a touch of blue and yes, I dry brushed this light tan colour!

The salt stains its going to be a diluted gray sprayed over the bottom! wish me luck

This is already looking incredible. I love how intentional and calm your process is, it really shows in the depth and character you’re giving the ship. Taking it slow, testing, painting, and enjoying every little detail feels so right for a build like this. She really does feel legendary already. Full pirate era vibes and I’m here for it!!
