Hello, I am in the planning process and I wanted to know how many should I try and get to attend? Is 15 too much? I know kits are prvided and I am not sure how many is too many. Thanks so much!

It’s entirely up to you. I am doing twenty for my next meetup. But if you are not having any help it could be a lot to handle alone

I honestly just bought a big pack of B 7000 and put it in each of the tool kits, I think the price was like maybe 11 bucks. I’m not even worried about it lol because I know there’s going to be people that are going to want some glue and I’d rather have it than not.

I planned on 20 for my first meetup allowing for the idea that some may not turn up and then I would still have a good number. I think that next time, I might plan for 25.

Were all the participants new to miniatures and how many different kits did you have?

I four different kits. At least 80% of the attendees were new.

Congratulations on making the decision to host meetups! A great number is 15-20 people. It’s a good amount of people but not to many that you can’t help everyone and keep it feeling personal.
@Grey74 I have glue also. I got tiny tubes/bottles of B7000 and also Aleene’s Original Tacky glue.
I only give them out if someone asks for glue. I felt that if I included glue in the tool pouches, they would just take them home because they’re free. lol Most people don’t use glue, so having them available on an as needed basis works well for me.
