It was a very straightforward build. No frills, no head scratching moments, just a calm build.
It could be done in a couple of hours but I didnt want to rush so I had to finish it the next day.
Do you put dates on your build? I do. I want to keep track on how long it took for me to finish the kit.
@joy.licerio the kit is great but why didn’t I think of putting dates of the build on mine?!! Haha!! Such a great idea and I’m gonna start doing this!!
Way to go Joy! I’m so pleased that you had a calm and relaxing build to ease the stress of the week.
I don’t date my builds but it’s probably a nice idea to write the dates on the instructions so that I have some sort of idea of when I built it.
I have bought a little ‘S’ stamp that I’ve been meaning to use in the base of my builds (sort of like an artists signature).
A calm relaxing build is always needed every once in awhile. It looks great!! I don’t put the dates but I do keep all the instruction manuals as a memory lol
I have to agree. It was easy and very calm. It surely made me back to my building mood. But whenever I see the Sunset carnival just beside me, I am reminded that not all builds are the same.
That sounds like such a relaxing build! I love that you date your kits,it’s a wonderful way to look back on your building journey and remember how each project came together. Enjoy your next adventure!
I agree. No two builds are the same. Even if you had to do the same kit all over, it’s not going to end up the same … unless you really want to have two of the same kind, right?
It is indeed great! I felt much better after this build.
I just wondered if somebody else was doing it. Turns out many don’t do it I have been doing this from the beginning.
