When i got this set and started building during the meet-up and after the meet up, i stumble across a lot of small little details that i missed out during the process of building. First issues is when i messed up 24mm and 23mm rod and wasted almost 1 hour to find out what is wrong. The second issues was when my part doesn’t moves the way it should be moving and after troubleshooting for 30 minutes and gave up and keep on build and finish the set, and realized that the small little pieces i had been configurating for the 30 minutes are being put the wrong way, so i spend extra time to take it apart and build back together. but overall its really fun to build and really nice to meet new people during the meet up. I hope that i can join the next meet up
Welcome @Emily_Hu. Unfortunately, many of us have been in the same situation of having to pull a build apart to fix the one thing that we did wrong. You are certainly not alone in this.
I hope you enjoyed the process and keep on building.
yes i did enjoy a lot
Welcome to community. Nice kit to do
Welcome to the community @Emily_Hu Ive had to take part many of sets
your not the first!
Welcome to the community @Emily_Hu . We all have been through those moments that we messed up. But we all learned from it and get better.
Welcome to the community!
Making those mistakes is quite normal even for seasoned builders. Patience is really needed.
I’ve definitely made the same mistake of mixing up the metal rods before. It’s good everything turned out well in the end. I’ve never built one of the gun kits so it was cool seeing the one you built.
Oh dear…sorry to hear of your struggles. I hope it all work well in the end.
