It looks like a difficult build. Gluing small details is a lot of challenge to make them look neat. I haven’t build this one yet but mine is on its way to be delivered by the postman maybe tomorrow. I only use Elmer’s glue so far and I use toothpick to clean the glue around.
Yeah, I decided to take a break from it for sure. I’ll go back to it later.
It surely is a challenge working with such tiny pieces and wires but I think you’ve done an amazing job so far! ![]()
I agree with @Wenbare’s advice! I also use B7000 glue but I have a very sharp tweezer on standby to pick up the strands of stringy glue before they dry. I hope I make sense. ![]()
Thank you my twin!! ![]()

Ohhh, it makes sense! I think that’s a good trick/advice too! ![]()
Mine is all glued in so I cant take out to show. I did this months ago so hard to remember when I have built many after! I know i put a little bit of B7000 on bead and then placed. I admit they look pretty darn good on mine!
For the handles I used my Jewelry pliers to shape.
Here is a link to my link of Kikis. I shared with another so that is why it will take you to a few!
I may have tips in there

Yours looks great! I didn’t think about trying to get the beads to all oriented the same way that looks really cool.
I went to watch your video again, and yours turned out so great, Jeanne! The details look really nice!!! Those little touches make such a difference ![]()
Thank you so much!
At the moment I did it, I thought it looked more visually appealing this way… and well, it didn’t turn out too bad hehe
Thanks Wendy! In the long run, this was fun.
Yes!! I feel the same… it wasn’t turning out the way I wanted, and that was stressing me a bit, so I’m going slower too. Otherwise I would’ve finished it already hehe
I may have to add this to my list as well. @Tricia12
This one would be perfect for Halloween theme
It just might be. I love Halloween!
I bought it for this very reason @Nita_Davis . Love the Halloween decorations.
Oh Kim_Kieffer, those tiny gold and silver beads are definitely the ultimate test of patience! I totally feel your pain with the spiderweb glue effect, but your rivet handle solution was such a clever pivot. For the wire bending symmetry, many of our builders swear by using a small pair of needle nose pliers or even wrapping the wire around a paintbrush handle to get that perfect curve every time.
Thank you! I’ll definitely give that a try. I work on it gradually to maintain the joy of the process. .
I just use glue. And for any residue, I use a Q-tip dipped in goo gone and I just try my best to remove the residue
