Pinball - How to put ramp F15 together without parts F35 and F36 breaking

I’m towards the end of the build process for the pinball machine kit and trying to put ramp F15 together. But whenever I try to attach the ramp walls (F35 and F36) they break. They are made to bend but do not bend enough. Has anyone worked around this problem?

Do you have a picture? I’m not near my instructions at the moment to know which ramp that is

Welcome to community. Can you share picture?

I just looked at my instructions and I realize you are talking about the curved one coming out of the crocodile’s mouth. You can slightly pull on it to stretch as you go. I got mine done on both pinball machines without using the spares. Also wax the tabs on the outer edges of the piece you are installing them on two. It makes things much easier to press them into place

Hopefully @Nita_Davis tips worked. The folding helps the pieces fit together easily. If you push gently and carefully wiggle it back and forth, it should fit without breaking.

Yes the ramp to the crocodile’s mouth is what I’m talking about. I’ll try stretching out the ramp wall pieces before attaching. I did use wax and even slightly sanded. I’m careful to gently wiggle the pieces when I put them together.

Just gently pull them as you go.

I did order replacement pieces but did not contact customer service.

Thanks for all the replies. I’m very impressed with the community and how quickly people helped out.

In desperation, I have superglued those things back together, depending on where they are at, you may get away with that.
