Hi @Peter_Schmid. Do you have pictures? It’s hard to help you without a picture. It’s been a while since I made the pinball, but I don’t think I’ve had any problems with it. Sometimes you have to wiggle it a bit to get it to slide together properly. Sometimes a little wax can help the pieces fit together better.

nd inside of these spots that you are trying to attach to. Wax can also help if you are still struggling. Wiggling it a bit can be beneficial as well

The speaker is a very tight fit, especially if you have to remove it several times like I did. The trick if you need to remove it again, is just doing it evenly, wedging a little bit out at a time.
The speaker was also difficult to install for me, because it wanted to clip into the border of the little guy on the side. I had to squeeze it to the side for it to slide it. Seems like you got it fixed.
