As preparation for this years christmas, ilI bought my wife the ROKR flower bouket and the christmas toy factory. With the flowers being the easy entry level for my wife to start enjoy building. Instead of the usuall hanging on the couch, we spend this years darkest evenings together. Building the toy factory especially was real quality time as we took our time building only a few pages every night, making shure the edges where properly sanded, and of course talking about our days. Now that its christmas, we are looking at the finished products with joy. Not only because they are beautifull, but with the sense of accomplishment en feelgood of having build something together with my wife who had no experience at all.

Ps. sorry for login in on a new account. I could not log in on my own acount.

I have put together about 20 or so of rokr 3D puzzles. I thoroughly enjoy doing these and since I became disabled these builds have really been therapeutic in my recovery. Ive had a TBI and had brain surgery a few years ago. The Neurologist tells me that puzzles are a great way to help with my cognitive recovery so I found these kits online and I was hooked. I love the feeling of accomplishment I get when I finish one and then get to watch it work. Ive finished so many and the detail of these builds are amazing. Im very impressed with the quality of the product and even when i occasionally broke a piece I was able to get replacement parts for just a few bucks shipping. That’s nice to know that you don’t have throw the whole kit away just because you break a piece. I highly recommend this product and am fixing to start the Christmas Dream Factory as my next puzzle. Keep up the great work Robotime!

One of my most meaningful memories with Robotime was in October this year when I completed the Sunshine Town book nook. That kit will always hold a special place in my heart. :pink_heart: 2025 hit me with a heavy wave of depression and I suddenly lost interest in a hobby I had loved for years. I then had to undergo surgery and it was during recovery that I picked up my hobby again. The Sunshine Town kit stood out to me because I truly needed some light in my life and the name Sunshine seems to promise just that. :sun:

While I’m still taking things one day at a time, being part of this community has made the journey feel easier. Here, I can share my passion openly and feel genuinely supported without feeling the need to hide who I am. :purple_heart:

I’m excited to continue creating more memories with Robotime and this amazing community. I’m especially looking forward to stepping out of my comfort zone and hopefully hosting a meetup in February or March, something I hope will become another meaningful core memory.

I’m currently a Level 3 builder and I hope to see more challenging kits returning.

The Experience a Kit bought into my life, Mainly I became crippled and not able to walk far. So concentrating on various types of model it as gave me something to do, of course it will never being out in the countryside. It will be a miracle for that to happen

My most meaningful moment was last Saturday. My sister in law is in a theatre group that organised a fund raiser for a wish ambulance foundation. I contacted robotime if they were willing to send some kits i could sell. They send 20 kits wich i sold most of them and raised € 345,-. It felt so meaningful and I’m so thankful for there help. The most challenging kit i made was the spaceshuttle. I kept having trouble with the sliding part and the customer service department really helped out a lot. The support provided by this brand is next level

I will always remember my first kit I bought on a whim, it was a marble run. It amazed me how detailed it was and how it requires no glue. I would say since then, I’m an intermediate and always look for the hardest kit within my price range.

It was so special being at the grand opening of the South Shore Plaza Rolife store - getting to see all the kits displayed with other crafters and booknookers…and being inspired by the artistry of everyone there.

My Rolife collection keeps growing - I had ZERO kits on January 1, 2025, and have collected so many since then. Rolife kits got me through a very stressful year, where my mom had breast cancer and my dad had sepsis and open heart valve replacement surgery. Crafting away on Rolife kits allowed me moments of peace in hospital waiting rooms and at home…it was a centering, calming force where I could focus on my hands and focus on the kit, not allowing my monkey mind to anxiously obsess over external events.

I hope to try even more complex and fun kits in 2026, to explore new modalities and techniques in customization, and to make meaningful gifts from Robotime, Rolife, Rowood and ROKR products.

In 2025, my most meaningful Robotime memory was finishing the ROKR Dream Gift Factory and realizing how much it helped me slow down on purpose. After long, screen-heavy days, building became my “reset button”: no multitasking, no noise—just focusing on one piece at a time and watching something beautiful come together.

Then I built the Space Port Marble Run, and that was the moment Robotime went from “a relaxing hobby” to “okay… this is seriously addictive.” :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes: The first time I ran the marbles smoothly from start to finish—after tweaking tiny alignments and re-checking a couple steps—I felt that very specific kind of satisfaction only makers understand: it works because I made it work.
Also, the Robotime community made a difference for me—seeing other builds, display ideas, and little troubleshooting tips gave me extra motivation to push through the tricky parts instead of leaving things “almost done.”

My current Robotime Crafting Level (based on my 2025 builds):
Level 2 – Intermediate
Dream Gift Factory and Space Port Marble Run felt like the perfect mix of detailed assembly + mechanisms: challenging, but still fun and relaxing.

The level I’m aiming for in 2026:
Level 3 – Advanced
In 2026 I want to step up into more complex mechanical linkages and kits with wiring/LEDs/circuit boards. My goal is to be more precise, more patient, and build smoother mechanisms—so everything looks great and runs flawlessly.

Good luck everyone, and happy building! :puzzle_piece::sparkles:

So 3 years ago i was searching for a gift to my wife, something she would like but new experience both of us can do together. in FB i got some ads of Rolife.

Eventually here it started, i ordered a Christmas music globe. She was in love, we enjoyed the process of assemble and the final result. (have to mention that last year during unbox i accidentally dropped the glass sphere. :frowning: )

Since that, every Christmas I order something for her, actually us, so during winter evenings we can spend time listening music, drinking hot tea and few hours assemble a puzzle.

Next was book nook the sunshine town - the only so far not Christmas themed kit. Last year i could not resist against Gift Factory - thats glorious, complicated but so much nice. Everyone visited us was like wow, did you made it together?

This year she got a new “present from Jesus“ as it is called here under the tree - it is Santa toy shop. We plan to assemble it in early January.

So i believe we are Level 2, but what most important - we are having fun of this process and it helps us keep away from gadgets and have some different time spending together :beating_heart:
This became a little tradition on Christmas, and i hope it will keep like this for many more years

In 2025 I finished the Cuckoo Clock! It gave me such a great feeling of accomplishment to finish it with everything looking great and working perfectly the first time around! I “re-live” that sense of accomplishment every time I hear the Cuckoo, look at my watch, and see that it’s EXACTLY on the hour (to the second) every time!

I have already talked about this before, but my most cherished Robotime memory is building the Christmas Dream Factory with my friend. It was shortly after finishing my master’s and returning home, so having those evening where we could work on that kit while chatting and sipping tea was my much needed unwind time. I would probably put myself under Level 2 right now, but definitely looking forward to completing more kits and trying to customize!:sparkles:

My biggest personal accomplishment in 2025 is feeling proud of doing my first wooden kit (see picture below).

About question 2 (Your Current Robotime Crafting Level and the Level you’re Aiming for in 2026) : I’m Skill Level: Advanced, I’m not aiming specific level for in 2026, building is not a competion and don’t really care about the leader board neither. Sure it is great getting a free mystery kit at the end of the month but this is not a priority for me.
