[ Not Robotime ] Rail Track Secluded City Complete!

Hey guys!

Here with my completed Rail Track Secluded City! Overall it was a fun build, not the same quality as Robotime, but not bad or anything. There was definitely some head scratching choices in the instructions that made me wonder why they chose to do some things in a certain way! Very impressive looking once completed!

Now that I’m done this one, I think I’m going to do a nice, small, easy Rolife build. Thinking I’ll complete both of these:

I have seen this one a few times, but never with so many pictures. I love so many details in this kit…mixing 2D and 3D items. You did a wonderful job. Thanks so much for sharing.

Thank you @Nita_Davis! The build wasn’t too difficult, I think the hardest part was putting together the structure. You’ll be happy to know that the wiring in this one was a little nicer than Holo Magic City!

Thank you, sweet Jesus. @Atropex …Is it made by the same company? The wiring on that one was a nightmare…like trying to fit a square peg thru a round hole…I was about to bring out a hacksaw on that one…LOL! SO many wires in such a small crevice…the nightmares return.

Yes, it is the same company! The wiring isn’t bad, but there was definitely a few other things that were kind of annoying. Like there’s that little balcony that’s around the middle of the clock tower, that balcony is like one piece, and they want you to slide it down the tower, after glueing on all the paper and stuff to the walls… lol. It’s a very tight fit, I ended up breaking it and having to glue it back together, and the wall paper got pretty messed up in some places, so I had to patch… honestly it was the biggest screw up I’ve had since my first build, Honey ice cream shop, where I accidentally threw one of the walls in the garbage and had to make a whole new one out of cardboard!

Oh no! The spiral staircase for me on the Holo house was another nightmare I recall…O M G!

This wall here is cardboard with white printer paper wrapped around it!

Yes, that stairwell was difficult, especially trying to fit it in where it was supposed to go properly without wrecking it!
