Hi Everyone,
I wonder if anyone has face this issuee before and knows what the solution is. The gear in the video make two turns and then it stops with a loud noise, when you give it a push it turns again.
any suggestions?

You might have tightened the plastic ring a bit too much.

Welcome to the community, Abdalla! Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your ROKR Coffee Factory. I hope someone here has experienced the same issue and can help you figure out what’s causing the gear to stop after a couple of turns. Hopefully you can get it running smoothly soon!
