I found the problem

HARP

After searching for the reason and disassembling the harp again without finding any solution, I have discovered that the problem is the motor. It doesn’t have enough torque to move all the washers and turn the entire mechanism. I don’t know where to find a motor that would work and has more power, so everything remains the same.

I wonder if ROKR offers motors with more power for sets that require more force to operate.

Since it normally works the motor should be strong enough, so maybe it is defective. I hope you can get help or a replacement so you can resume your building.

The motor should be capable of handling all that; perhaps yours was defective. You should mention it to Robotime.
