Start making mini furnitures. Was disappointed that I broke one leg for the table but managed to glue some of it together.
Getting onto building the front counter and I am having a problem. The kit is missing 1 piece of A10. So I can’t fully put the counter together. since this is an old kit, will there be replacement parts for this? @CustomerService @ Robotime
What can I do in this case?
I think they will probably replace it if you fill out the replacement parts form! I had them replace a piece of “Honey Ice Cream Shop” which was a kit I bought in like 2020 lol. Also your table still turned out look really good! Great job!

For the heck of it, did you look carefully in all the bags? For my Kiki’s kit, it comes with that page that shows the wood pieces that you use to match up sizes and the page gives you the number of the piece (not written on the pieces) Any how not all the A’s were in one bag, not all the Bs were on a board. Some were in a bag.
So locate that sheet and look for A-10 on that sheet and then double check your bags too!

Missing pieces is a builders worst nightmare. I hope you can find a resolution to the issue.

I hope that you can find the missing part. I agree with @jeanneL . I would definitely check every single bag and board. Sometimes the pieces are not exactly where you think they should be. Wishing you the best of luck

What does the missing piece look like? Maybe you can make a replica yourself.
You aren’t missing a piece, a10 is the one with rectangles on it. This cabinet doesn’t have another end. It doesn’t need one, it’s gets enclosed eventually.

You’re off to a great start! Even with the broken table leg, it looks really good. As for the missing A10 piece, definitely contact Customer Service, they’re usually very helpful, even with older kits. Hopefully they can send you a replacement!

I have checked all the bags and it’s not there. And the bag was opens for the first time so everything was sealed inside. So no way it would be fallen out. I check the whole entire box just in case and yep definitely missing that 1 piece.

In the kit, it is showing 2, but I only have 1. It is the square piece with the rectangles drawing lines. It’s meant to be for both ends. That’s what the manual says.
