[Heartwarming] My First Robotime DIY and Crafting Meet up

What an absolutely beautiful day at our RoboTime meetup today! :yellow_heart:

We had 15 wonderful ladies join us, and the majority had never even heard of RoboTime before — let alone tried a miniature build. Watching everyone dive in and give it a go was honestly so special.

Each person chose their own kit ahead of time, and we kicked things off with a little intro about RoboTime — where it all began, how it’s grown, and the amazing range of kits available. Everyone received an information booklet packed with tips, tools, and helpful guidance (which went down an absolute treat!).

Once we got started, the room just came alive. There was such a lovely energy — focused, creative, and full of encouragement. I spent the time moving from table to table, helping where needed and making sure everyone was enjoying themselves and feeling confident.

Before long, the three hours flew by — and the most common thing I heard was, “Wow, I wish this went longer!” (which is always the best kind of feedback )

Thank you to each and every one of you who came along and made the day so much easier

ohhh, you need to go back and edit and delete your pictures as they did not load. Then load again. Only load a few at a time. and do not submit until they are completely loaded.

MsMinky, this sounds like such a lovely first meetup, and 14 ladies giving miniature builds a go is brilliant! I especially loved hearing that everyone came prepared with their own chosen kit, and that the booklet with tips and tools went down a treat. The best compliment of all has to be, “I wish this went longer,” what a wonderful sign of a day well spent!
