[Happiness] Finished: My take on Beika Cho Japanese convenience store

Previously: Unboxing and Progress 2
I have to say this Japanese convenience store takes the cake. This one definitely has all the stuff that you need in a 24 hour store for a quick chow.

Do you want chilled drinks, snacks, ice cream, warm bao buns or fried chicken? This store has them all.

I love the outdoor vending machine. Pocari Sweat anyone? Maybe get a gum ball from the gumball machine while checking the bus schedule on the board.

Get a load of the cup noodles poster. Now I’m really hungry. :face_savoring_food:

The wins:
-Easy, straightforward instructions with colored pages. Great for all levels.
-Really cool street store vibe.
-Thankfully they added lights on the right stairwell. I thought that also needed to be highlighted.

Not so:
-Most parts needed hammering and or sanding.
-Wish the store items have more visible brands.

Thanks all for reading!

Thanks for sharing!

It does look like a fulfilling and detailed build. And it has so much to offer! I may pay you a visit and take some groceries or treats home :stuck_out_tongue:

I guess the lack of more visible brands can be understandable, if they don’t have the proper rights for that? You never know.

Yep, that’s totally understandable about not having the rights for the brands. Or maybe just put “beer” or “soft drinks” for instance as opposed to just lines and drawings.

It came out wonderful! Yes, I can see where hammering might be needed. The parts appear to be quite thick.
