thankyou ![]()
Is that the café book nook? I have to say, building it was such a joy, probably top 3 sets I’ve ever done! The comp was 5v5, with over 20 teams, and our team won in the end.
I love strategy games, like Civilization VI.
really nice to meet you too!
I believe it is ![]()
But i could be wrong lol that sounds super fun! I personally love Apex, Skyrim, RDR2, Brawlhalla, etc. Pc or console? Im sorry about all the questions! Im just curious
It was nice to meet you in our zoom meeting before. Thanks for sharing more about yourself here. Robotime sounds like a real fun place to work. I look forward to read more of your stories ![]()
Thank you for sharing a bit of your story with us. I really love all that you create here in the community. Your home seems like a lovely place.
Mingche, this was such a beautiful introduction. Thank you for sharing so much of yourself with us ![]()
Your description of home, and especially the comparison between the big quiet house and our miniature worlds, really stucked with me. That is exactly how this community feels. Warm, intentional, and full of care.
As someone a bit older, more of a 姐姐 here
, it is genuinely heartwarming to see the thoughtfulness, curiosity, and warmth you bring into everything you do. Your experiences at the United Nations, working on sustainability projects, really resonated with me. I had a similar experience during my college time, I went to Costa Rica, where I spent time up in the Durika mountains learning about self sustaining communities. It is always so encouraging to see people who genuinely care about building better systems and better futures.
Your love for history also spoke to me. I am especially obsessed with Ancient Egyptian history and was lucky enough to explore it firsthand while in Egypt. There is nothing like standing in places you have only ever read about.
The gaming side made me excited
too. I am currently deep into Baldur’s Gate 3 and very much hoping a Steam Deck is in my future soon. Clearly, we are in good company here.
And one day, when I finally make it to Shanghai, I fully expect to eat ALL the xiaolongbao my heart desires. Food recommendations will absolutely be required ![]()
We are really lucky to have you here. Not just on the Robotime team, but as part of this little world we are building together. So glad you stopped lurking ![]()
So nice to see you as part of the team! I love your stories. I am not a writer, not my strength! So always amazed and impressed when I read the posts! and by the way, I hate traffic yet I am stuck with it.
That would be very nice. Let hope we can make it work in the future.
It’s nice to get to know a little more about the people who work behind the scenes here in the community. It seems like you have done a lot of interesting things. I know the most successful people I’ve ever met were well rounded and had many interests and hobbies.
I love learning about eastern cultures. I watch several creators that are based in various parts of Asia. One of my favorite things to do is to order snacks from Japan and China. I love the opportunity to try new things.
I’m love gaming too. I’m a weird person that likes heavy story and environment driven games. I tend to avoid heavy combat games because they make me feel stressed. I like adventure games. I like some puzzle games.
Aww, so nice to hear your story and get to know you better
, I’m also known for lurking on the internet. It’s not my best way of communication.
So it’s even more inspiring that you decided to reveal yourself here! And allow more of us know a little bit more about you.
I really wish to visit China someday! The nature you have is another level of being stunning. It also looks like you live in a very beautiful city.
Your self-introduction is so thorough!! I’m really happy to see you this time through a computer screen instead of across from my desk!! ![]()
This is the one. I really, really love it.
Don’t worry about asking too many questions. I’m genuinely happy to feel your enthusiasm and the warmth you bring
So does this count as meeting friends offline after getting to know each other online?
Really? I’d love to visit Poland too. I’m a fan of Frédéric Chopin, and I’m fascinated by the beautiful legends around the St. Kinga’s Chapel.
And of course, the iconic winged hussars and Poland’s traditional puppet theatre. There’s so much history and culture there that I’d love to experience in person.
Thank you for enjoying my story hehe ![]()
Maybe next time I’ll make a post about my favorite snacks to eat while crafting haha.
Thank you, Jill
I really love your series of diaries. You have such a loving and beautiful family.
Thank you! You’re basically the Texas boss lady of our community
Well…I don’t know about that…LOL! I may be one of only a few Texans here and I absolutely LOVE Robotime products…BUT there are just as many all over the WORLD who share this love. YOU are very much appreciated here.
Haha
@Che_Ming @Nita_Davis ![]()
Texas Boss lady! I like the sound of that! You should change your username to that! ![]()
Thank you
That “姐姐” really does suit you. Exploring the rainforest and sustainability is such a cool thing to do.
I’ve read so many of your posts, and they genuinely moved me. Even through your words, you can feel the sincerity and warmth you bring.
Hey, let me tell you a little secret
Simon will be meeting you all very soon. He’s been asking me nonstop things like “Will they like this?” and “Should I bring something you can’t usually get?”
But as his colleague and friend, I definitely have to keep it a secret
So you two can look forward to it.
One thing I can promise though. It definitely won’t be xiaolongbao. Those don’t survive international flights ![]()
