Hello, my dearest readers!
Today I’m trying something new, as I usually post about my construction completions. I hope you’ll like a small story instead.
First of all, I had a cozy Saturday that I spent with my dear friend. We went to see Zootopia 2 (thankfully they’re still playing it even though it’s long after the premiere — totally recommend it
), and then did a bit of shopping. We both checked out a new shop that recently opened in Warsaw — very famous in Asia — MINISO ![]()
This shop is perfect for people like us: my friend is an anime addict, and I just love everything cute and shiny ![]()
I was browsing through the shop when I saw this!
I was soooooo happy to see that the Robotime brand is becoming more available for people who don’t know what or where to look for online, but still wish to start crafting — or don’t even know it’s possible. Of course, I had to take a picture and share it with you all ![]()
The second part of the day was a surprise gift my friend gave me (late for Christmas, but we simply weren’t able to meet earlier). She’s still very young, and I don’t like her spending money on me, but she bought me this adorable set! So lovely!
Now a funny story: we went to a Korean restaurant to eat something. I usually love Korean food, but sometimes it’s too spicy for me (I have a really low tolerance for spicy food). I saw that they had a lighter version of tteokbokki. I’ve tried it once before — and I cried while eating it because it was so spicy.
This time I thought: if it’s a lighter version, maybe it’ll be good for me.
So… there was progress — I didn’t cry this time — but I still couldn’t finish it. My friend swapped with me, gave me her gyoza, and ate my tteokbokki ![]()
Another fail at trying to be Asian xD Meanwhile, in Korea, small children eat the original version. I’m so weak!
The 4th thing I want to share with you all is my overexcitement about a new booknook that’s on its way to me. I was wondering if I should share it here, as it’s not a Robotime one
(forgive me this betrayal), but the theme was just perfect for me.
My big dream is to visit Mexico on November 1st to celebrate Día de los Muertos. And can you just look at this? I know this brand doesn’t have such a high level of quality and uses a totally different way of assembling, but I simply couldn’t resist the theme.
P.P.S. Ugh… another time when I typed on my phone and posted the topic instead of adding the picture xD Sorry about that. One day I’ll learn ![]()
