I haven’t forgotten the kit but I’m making slow progress. I am determined to complete it but I’m starting to do more mods to it to get there.
I am substituting some of the DIY bits (or leaving them out).
Doing paining and putting things together.
The wood is thin so it splinters a bit and that is another headache.
However… I plan on completing it today!
So lovely detail. I’m glad to see your progress
I adore the door’s color. It feels so warm and welcoming.
Great with there @Suzanne_Jones. Painyjng anything with white or light colours always need multiple coats. You are doing a great job so far.
Thank you so much Nicole.
I repainted the door to another colour and I’m glad that I did @Anje_Leonoza_Mira
I’ve already painted the walls twice Tricia. Another coat soon, or I will find paper to paste over it ha ha
You have made great progress and it is looking fabulous. I will be looking forward to the final unveiling. These things can be quite tedious
Going to work on it again soon.
You have to know that I am absolutely in love with that Green Door
You are my welcome

I’m sure you’ll be ok. You got this! ![]()
Looking forward to see the end so you can begin a new !one
It’s beautiful. I think it would be perfect.
@Suzanne_Jones slow progress still counts, especially with the extra painting and modifications you are taking on. The green door and adjusted details already give Mrs Charlie’s Dining Room a warmer personality. Hope the splintery wood behaves for the next steps.
Excited to see it all done!! ![]()
Slow progress is still progress
