My ship is almost ready to sail.

Why not finish it now? I’m starting to see double :sweat_smile:

So I’m going to relax with some series and a bath for the rest of the evening and I will finish it Wednesday evening.

(It’s Monday evening now here around 9pm), I will not build further on Tuesday because I’m have dinner with my parents and stay there until bedtime)

There are a few strings/ropes left to attach and some final touches.

The sanding, waxing, glueing did come in handy again today, I broke a few pieces (minor breaks luckily).

But overall very satisfied with what I have done so far. It’s really something different to my last 2 kits which I feel in my hands as well.

I want to laugh a little because I am not even through Monday and you are ready for Wednesday. I forget how across the world we all can be!

Haha Monday is almost over here. Just a few hours left and on Tuesday I don’t build because I will be at my parent’s house for dinner and I usually stay there until bedtime. So don’t worry, I have to go through Tuesday and most of Wednesday too before I can continue :wink:

I’m with @jeanneL …when you said you’d start again on Wednesday, I thought that’s a long time to wait to build. I was impressed with your patience…and then I remembered that it’s already Tuesday for you. Lol

Not yet, still a few hours of Monday left to go :wink:, but I don’t build Tuesdays. So that is why I said I will finish it on Wednesday evening.

Minus_88, your Seahorse Barque is looking fantastic and I love how you are balancing building with some well deserved relaxation. Breaking a few pieces happens to the best of us but your patience with sanding and waxing really shows. Can’t wait to see the final touches sail into place!
