[DIY & Creativity] Kit 6 : Eternal Atlantic Voyager 1912 Updates (2)

Continuing the discussion from Kit 6 : Eternal Atlantic Voyager 1912:

Like @Wenbare said here 👍 [ Beginner Tips] Let there be light... But first, test it!
This is the MOST important first step!

Also look gais; the TOOL from previous kit helped as well~ So glad I saved this!

I added the base paint to some of the painted parts to make the color more obvious.

But uhhh some of it ended slightly jarring so i fixed by painted the WHOLE lower frame RED PAINT, again :slightly_smiling_face:

Err im trying to keep the gold-nish sticker and customize the plaque to the year but my handwriting is not the best, I might redo this to a new printed sticker :sob:

Welp, I couldn’t complete Robotime Titanic that night because I’m also busy packing for another domestic trip with my friends for a weekend trip! :ship:
who knew i'm also gonna be inside a boat whilst building this kit

We went to Kuala Terengganu, a port town at the East Coast of Peninsular Malaysia that bears the motto : Bandaraya Warisan Pesisir Air
Waterfront Heritage City in English!

There’s flight from KLIA1 (Kuala Lumpur Terminal 1) to Sultan Mahmud Airport which takes only 1 hour from KL. We opted to stay at backpackers hostel near the town center.
This market is a must visit place, combining dry market and wet market.
Also some foods pictures from this trip~

One of my non-negotiable whenever travelling is SUNSET RIVER CRUISE! The tour guide, Alif were very helpful and give lotsa informations about the history of the river, buildings around it, the maritime companies and explaining that the bridge in this video is a drawbridge!

It was a simple 2 days 1 night trip weekend trip with friends from overseas. See yall soon in next chaotic update of this :passenger_ship: kit!

Oh, I remember this from my early building process of it!

You’re still on the early steps though. Wait until you have to build the showcase room… And specially until you have to add all those never-ending tiny little details to the three decks! You have a nice and beautiful and sometimes stressfull journey ahead, but mate, are you gonna enjoy it!

Bow deck, stern deck and main central deck (the biggest one) are three different base deck parts at different highs, and each of them are filled with details :stuck_out_tongue:

Feel free to check my posts on this lol. Just go here and try the links right there for the previous updates.

Im very thankful of everyones help. I would love to help others but i havent built alot of kits and im still fairly new lol i only just found out Rowood was apart of rolife

The food photo looks very delicious! :face_savoring_food:

Well, basically the main brand is Robotime and they have 4 main sub-brands:

  • Rowood (for wooden flowers mostly)
  • Rolife (focused on DIY miniature houses and book nooks, although there’s more to it like the Titanic)
  • Rokr (mainly wooden puzzles and mechanical kits)
  • Robud (this is the only sub-brand not focused on DIY, instead it’s all about toys for kids and stuff like that)

Thank you so much for mentioning me!! You’re doing great, I love how you’re customizing it and making it your own… even the mistakes make it more unique so don’t worry! heheh
