What an amazing transformation to the ice cream cone on the roof. I wondered if you had used clay, but spackle is ingenious. Did you have to throw the piping bag away afterwards?

Thanks Suzanne! Yes, the piping bag went into the trash - I used cheap disposable ones from the dollar store. You also have to take care to use paper towels and baby wipes to clean off everything, as you don’t want spackling compound stuck in your pipes! :blush:

Normally yes, but this was a Father’s Day gift that was splintery mess - the accordion piece broke, the mechanism wouldn’t work and the motor became detached from the battery. Argh! I was in tears and there shouldn’t be tears in book nooks! :joy:

This is hands down one of the best custom builds I’ve seen! The 3D ice cream cone look is incredible, and the personalized ‘Parker’s’ sign looks so neat and professional. Thank you for sharing the clever tips on how you made the soft serve :heart:

And I was wondering why is the ice cream truck prettier :sob::sob: turns out it was customized!! Making a 3d cone to mimick a real life ice cream truck was the move :clap: and the colours match so well that I thought it’s a part of the kit!! Genuinely you did such a good job :heart_exclamation::heart_exclamation:
