1950s Diner Book Nook Update #4 (not Rolife)

For tonight, I worked mostly on the 2nd floor.

There’s been a lot of glueing as I prepared the stage.

Next was the big vintage car on the wall. The wiring is not pretty but all of that will be covered so that’s okay.

Here’s the stage all set up.

The wall with the lit up car looks great too.

Now to prepare some leather stools and tables for guests to sit.

And that’s it for now. Next update will be adding some disco balls and more lights. And I think I’m almost done

I’m enjoying this kit for the details but I’m really not happy with the wirings. I wish they provided better arrangements and instructions. But so far so good.

It is looking fabulous. The red, white and black colour scheme really gives those retro vibes. And the car looks fantastic lit up. That’s a really cool detail.

I love the led sign with car! :star_struck:It would be better if they put the led under the bubble light decor on the stage. Can’t wait to see the disco ball - please do tell me its lighten up! Even if the wirings looks maybe not so neat you did great and looks awesome!

I love the lights in the vintage car. It’s so cool even though the wires are messy as what you’ve said but still looks fine with me. :pink_heart: The beads/balls on the entrance door are pretty too.

It all looks so nice. I do wish the drum kit would have had mkre details. It looks a bit primitive for the rest of the kit.

This looks great! Did you design the stones around the opening yourself, or is that included with this kit?

So far so good. Their boards are thick that sometimes I need the hammer to flush them. I think the wood quality is good. Wiring mechanism needs improvement in my opinion.
