And I was wondering if it would support stacking several structures… like I suppose it should since it is made for that but dunno if not including the window would affect…
Thanks in advance
I may turn this into my personal megathread for personal questions and I apologize if the question was already made, I believe it didn’t but… thanks.
@Serafin welcome to the community, and thank you for adding the sketch; it makes the DW028 corridor idea much easier to picture. For a stacked Super Creator layout, keeping the main support beams and load-bearing frame aligned is the safest starting point, especially if you plan to leave the window area open. If you test it with two rooms first, please share the result; this could become a really useful customization reference for other builders.
Yeah, the support beams that are included will remain for the two kits that lack a wall between them.
But I am very unsure if the empty space of the arch will support or if the window itself is part of the load distribution or of the wall by itself is strong enough to avoid collapsing
I apologize , just now I realized that it seems every reply makes its own little chain of replies… or I think so?
Anyway..
Is the DW028 perfect romance cafe, the idea is using two of them so the window is turned into a corridor to connect to rooms that both lack middle walls, my doubt is if that would be strong enough to hold say.. +3 floors above all that with figures inside.
I added a drawing I made of my idea. Hope it is clear enough .
I think the main problem is money because I’d definitely want more of this side wall to create more corridors. Haha just kidding.
And if you want a door, this Super Creator kit has one but it’s a Sam’s Club exclusive in China. You can purchase it thru Taobao tho.if you are familiar with it.
Omg didn’t knew that existed… what is the model’s ID?
Even better… is there some sort of wiki with all the models that exist in the world and the variants ? I.e. I know that the DW028 is green internationally but pink in Asia.
OMG I really hope that when they announce DW029, DW030, and DW031 they include more gimmicks like that. It would be truly amazing to have the chance to have doors and maybe other stuff (like a floor that I the center has an empty space so it works as an inner balcony or something, dunno, just making imagination run wild) to accompany the gorgeous window the DW028 has in regularly available kits.
