At first my little conveyor only worked when I moved it manually. After assembling all the pieces it wouldn’t work. Upon looking closely, one of the Christmas tree decorations fell off and was blocking the gears that moved the conveyor. The other little issue I had was the gear would turn when I applied a little pressure holding it. When I let it loose, the conveyor would stop. I found out that I hadn’t screwed in the little screw tight enough. That solved the problem.
