Today was everything I hoped it would be and more. :heart:

Our August 9th crafting event brought together such an amazing group of people for a day filled with creativity, laughter, conversation, and good energy. Seeing everyone sitting together, working on their projects, helping one another, laughing, and simply enjoying the moment made all the preparation completely worth it.

There’s something special about crafting together. You start with pieces scattered across a table, and somehow, somewhere between the glue, tiny parts, mistakes, conversations, and laughter, strangers begin to feel like friends. :face_holding_back_tears::heart:

I was nervous going into this event. I wanted everything to look right, run smoothly, and of course, I was worried about capturing good video and photos :joy:. But once everyone arrived, none of that mattered anymore. The room had its own energy.

And THAT was the part I really wanted to create.

Not just a crafting event.

A space where people could slow down, create something with their hands, meet new people, laugh a little, and leave feeling better than when they walked in.

To everyone who came out today. THANK YOU!:heart:

You brought the event to life. Every conversation, every smile, every miniature being carefully put together added something special to the day.

This is only the beginning.

More crafting.
More creativity.
More community.

Yes, I do not have a-lot of words to describe how the event vibed lol! We all had a blast and I made sure the garage remained cool all through the event.

What a beautiful event recap! You can really feel how much heart you put into creating a welcoming space for everyone. This sounds like such a lovely first event, Vivian! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts: I know how nerve-racking it can feel beforehand when you want everything to go well, so seeing everyone relax, connect and enjoy building together must have been such a rewarding feeling.
