I was going to guess the owner of the garage is a cat person and has a pet cat :sweat_smile::joy:

It actually works quite well. Not to be gross but they have used it in schools as well to absorb pukies.

My husband watches a lot of V8 car racing and they use kitty litter after a crash that spills fuel or oil.
