My kids grew up building with LEGO and continue creating as adults. My son now builds detailed dioramas for tabletop games, and my daughter has completed two Rolife kits she’s very proud of. What started as individual hobbies turned into shared time at the table — different projects, but together — exchanging ideas and enjoying the quiet focus that comes with creating.
For me, crafting is a steady, calming part of my routine. My husband doesn’t build with us, but as an artist, he appreciates the creativity and enjoys seeing what we make.

I exist purely out of curiosity, and I ran out of that years ago.
Even if I started crafting on my own as a way to have some “me time”, I enjoyed it so much that I shared the hobby with my sister and mother. The most wonderful part is seeing how everyone experiences crafting, as for some it is just a way to relax and disconnect, while for others it has become a way to connect even more! My mum loves building the most pretty doll houses with my nephew! And the best is to know there is a kit for everyone, not only by picking a theme, but also the level. I’m very happy to have discovered Rolife!
