Hi! I have multiple Robotime/Rokr/Rolife kits like the detective agency, bakehouse, sam’s bookshop, henry’s chocolate house, etc. I would love to be able to remove them all from their individual battery packs and instead add a plug to each one that connects to one power board. I then want to attach a remote control to that system. I want to do this with plugs so I have freedom to move them around when needed, as opposed to just wiring them into one powerbox. Has anyone done this or have suggestions as to what products to use? I am struggling to even find the right words to google!
Welcome to the community! I haven’t done many builds with a battery pack so I’m not sure how to help you. Someone in the community will definitely have the electrical knowledge to help you though. Robotime customer service might have some ideas as well.
Welcome to the community, i dont think ive actually dont a house with a battery pack yet but im sure someone can help you
If you go to Reddit and check out the r/booknooks subreddit, the moderator gives videos on how to do this exact thing. He connected all his builds to one system so they all come in at once
Here is his YouTube channel
This is actually really helpful. I like the USB-C plug as well.
Great resource thanks Dave. I really must get into Reddit one day.
welcome to community. That’s great idea. I hope everyone can help you. I want to do

Wow, I can’t help you with this, but maybe Robototime can.
@Suzanne_Jones you should !!! At the subreddit for book nooks they do contests that are sponsored by Robotime or other manufacturers. The last contest they gave away 44 free kits!! They’re supportive and very helpful on that subreddit
@BubblyKiwi welcome to the community you have done some fabulous kits ! Maybe @Robotime can be of assistance ![]()
