Some older Super Creator models used battery power, but later switched to Type C. I’d like to ask if there’s a way to replace the old power supplies with Type C ones? I’ve searched but couldn’t find them selling separate power supplies. Using all Type C would be neater because you can connect them in layers.
Maybe @CustomerService can help? I have no idea too since I only have the newer ones
We have the same question. Like the Wheat Bakery, it is powered by battery. Another question, are the battery operated one does have an outlet for type c? Or nah?
That’s a great idea! I’m curious as to the answer you will get!
I’m also curious to know the answer since I also have a variety of Super Creator sets. ><
Ive noticed this aswell! I want the library super creator but it requires batteries and i dont want to have to spend money on batteries every week ![]()
I would be very curious to find out how this could be transformed.
I just picked up an older kit too. I would like to know as well. I haven’t started it yet so if maybe like the lights aren’t compatible or something I don’t have it put together. I also noticed that it doesn’t have the ceiling light for connecting and I know I would like to have one because this is gonna be part of a larger set. @Robotime could you help us?
I am following up on this thread because I also want to know! They do sell the different roof types and dust covers separately so I really hope they also gove us the option to make them all Type C! I don’t really like using batteries because I live in a country where the humidity can make the battery kits rusty if I forget them there for a long time.
I’d prefer using USB C connection and if I want to bring it on an event, a powerbank will work to light them up! Please please @Robotime , sell the USB.C power supply too! ![]()

You should send a message to Robotime. They sell it, and I’m buying one.
For real? I hope they list it on the website because sometimes, I just feel like buying and sometimes, I don’t have the energy to message back and forth to buy something.
I just love the convenience of online shopping without the need to converse with anyone.
If you don’t mind me asking, how much is it?
$3 each. I don’t think they’ll sell them directly, they’re too small.
$3 each is not bad. I’m just worried about the shipping costs at this point. ![]()
If you buy a small amount, you will have to pay a $5 shipping fee.
Okay thay doesn’t sound bad if I buy enough pieces maybe haha. How do you guys usually contact them? Thru email.or do you send them a chat here? ![]()
We talk by chat. You can chat with Robotime
Thank you so much for all your help! ![]()
I wish I had some answers for you…but I have only done two super Creators. I wish you the best of luck in your search.
Thank you. Robotime helped me purchase these electrical boxes.
That’s awesome! Maybe I could request a lifetime supply of triple A batteries for all of my builds…LOL! ![]()
