🧩 Weekly Small Talks #08 | Robotime Crossword Challenge Round. 1

Hello, everyone! :waving_hand:

Welcome back to Weekly Small Talks!

This week, the workshop has become a little… puzzling. :eyes:

Some familiar words from the Robotime building world have slipped into our word-search grid. They might be hiding across the table, standing upright like a frame, or tucked away diagonally like a tiny piece under your instruction book.

:magnifying_glass_tilted_right: How to Join

  1. Type your answers in the white squares. Scroll down to see the clues.

  2. The number of spaces shows the word length. Black letters are incorrect; green letters are correct.
8 spaces with no bold black divider, starting with green ROROBOTIME.

  3. When “You solved the Robotime Crossword!” appears, take a screenshot first, then click Close.
:warning: Do not click Share—it may redirect you before you save the screenshot.

  4. Share your completed screenshot, progress, or questions in the comments.

:star: Bonus Builder Challenge(ADD PART)

Choose one word from the puzzle and connect it to your building experience.

For example:

  • MINI — “I love building tiny scenes with tiny details.”
  • KEY — “Patience is the key to finishing my models.”
  • TRY — “If a piece doesn’t fit the first time, I try again.”
  • SHARE — “The best part of building is sharing it with this community.”

Serious, funny, or creative answers are all welcome!

I love it!! Thank you @Robotime for this! My brain just gained a few extra knowledge points.

CRAFT — For me, crafting is about slowing down, enjoying the process, and celebrating the finished piece.

I am horrible at crosswords lol

I do love to share My completed kits though! This comes so supportive of everyone

OMG! I thought I wouldn’t finish this on time. It took so long since I have to scroll down to see the clues, scroll back up to enter my answer, only to forget what number I was supposed to be answering.

I choose INK — because once the ink dries, it stays. That’s how I feel about every miniature I finish—the memories, the challenges, and the satisfaction of completing it stay with me long after the build is done. :fountain_pen:…and just like ink, there’s no easy erase button, so I just laugh, learn, and keep building.

Aw. I totally understand! Crossword puzzles aren’t everyone’s thing.

Same! Hahaha I was so stressed scrolling and entering the answer. Haha!

I’ll admit it took me a few tries but I finally finished with a really fast time. This was so much fun!

This was fantastic, I loved solving this :sparkling_heart:

TRY : I think there’s no better word to describe my building process, I find little pieces very challenging to fit, but I patiently try until I complete it. Of course that also goes for the pieces that are a bit hard to fit, I love sanding and trying again.

Haha yes scrolling back up after seeing the clue made me forget every time  but this was really too fun.

Wow. It’s challenging. I love it.

For me, it’s the KEY. Patience is they key, and tweezers is the backup key. Lol

so gave it a try anyway with this puzzle

i choose the word CRAFT - i am a craft person in different hobbies

I could finish in a nice time.

CRAFT - I like to craft different things, not only Robotime kits, but also stuffed animals (crochet), diamond painting, cross stitching. Anything to keep my mind off of the struggles life chooses to throw at me :smiling_face_with_tear:

Since English isn’t my first language, it takes me a bit longer.

@Gidge that’s how I was!! lol

That was hard! I don’t have a LASER sharp brain like I used to :joy:

Hahaha same experience! But it was fun :joy:

I got it, was a lttle confused for a bit, crosswords arn’t my strongest suit. Share, I build kits as presents and encourge other people to try the hobby all the time

SHARE - I love sharing my progress and finished kits with my mom! It’s so fun seeing what she is working on and getting cheered on by her

My word is try because I love trying to customise my kits a little bit every time!
